1. I acknowledge that I am the intended recipient of Course, Reiki Session and/or Meditation and I am 18 years of age or older. I acknowledge that I will be receiving a Course, Reiki Session and/or Meditation and am required to fill out additional information before my order will begin.
2. I acknowledge that I have no physical or mental health condition that would prevent my safe participation in this Course, Reiki Session and/or Meditation session.
3. I recognize that this Course, Reiki Session and/or Meditation and all of its activities are not a form or substitution for professional mental health treatment.
4. In consideration of being permitted to receive and participate in this Course, Reiki Session and/or Meditation, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known and unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in or listening to this meditation.
5. I acknowledge receiving this Course, Reiki Session and/or Meditation is voluntary and I assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known and unknown, which I might incur as a result of listening to or participating in the Course, Reiki Session and/or Meditation.
6. I acknowledge that all information and activities in this Course, Reiki Session, Pre or Post-Session Calls or Emails, and/or Meditation are suggestive and intended to provide guidance only and will not lead to any guaranteed result. I acknowledge that this Course, Reiki Session and/or Meditation is not intended to fix, cure or remedy any psychological, physical, emotional or cognitive related issue.
7. I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against the representative of Reiki with Rachael, the instructor and guide, Reiki Practitioner, or the owner of Reiki with Rachael, Rachael's School or The School of Intuitive Energy Healing for mental or physical injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the Course, Reiki Healing Session or listening to any meditation.
By purchasing any Course, Reiki Energy Healing package or meditation, I acknowledge that I voluntarily have read, understand and agree to all the terms and conditions required to receive and participate in my Course, Reiki Session and/or Meditation.
